Join us every Sunday for our Beginner Run Club! We focus on run/walk intervals, and you can choose what interval you prefer. Our goal is to run either 2 miles or 3 miles. This week we will also be having our friends from Balega join us! There will be demo socks to run in and raffles for socks as well! We will also have bagels post run!
