Teva Demo Run & American River Trail Fundraiser
Teva has a brand new running sandal out, the Aventrail R2T! Come demo this fun new shoe and enjoy some refreshments post run. This is the first week of our training program for the Urban Cow 5K! This first week we will go over the program and start our 1 minute walk/1 minute run. You have the option of a 2 or 3 mile route.
